Transcript for "Sophos Channel Business Update | November 2025":
Hi, everybody, and thank you for joining us for our quarterly channel update. Just as a reminder for everybody, this session will be recorded, and we will be sharing out a copy of the recording to everybody post session. As well as if you do have any questions throughout the session, please feel free to pop them in the q and a panel on your right hand side of the screen, and we'll be going through all of those at the end. So we'll just give it another minute or so for everybody to join before we get started. Alright. Good morning and good afternoon. Welcome to, APJ partners from across the region. We are about to start the quarterly channel update, so please get comfortable. We have partners and distributors joining us from a number of countries across the APJ markets. We will get started shortly, so thank you for joining us. For the teams that are on the line, please note we will be recording the session recording afterwards. And any questions that you may have that come up, please put them into the q and a section, and we will address this either during the presentation or at the end. Okay. Well, welcome, everyone, and, thank you for attending the q three Sophos quarterly channel update. I'm joined today, by a number of of special guests. We're joined, firstly, by Sharnell Willis from our APJ marketing team. Sharn, thank you for joining us. We're gonna hear from marketing team a bit later on some of the regional marketing updates. Directly after, I finish the introductions, I'll be introducing Anthony Merry. Anthony, great to see you and have you back in the APJ channel sharing your, subject matter expertise with us across the portfolio. So we're looking forward to that update, and that's across a number of different areas in the portfolio stack, including our services business. But as we get started, please note we will take some questions at the end, so please put up any questions you may have in the q and a section. Now with that, I will hand over to Anthony to dive straight into the Sophos news and portfolio update. So over to you, Anthony. Thank you very much, Chad, and good afternoon, everyone, wherever you are coming to us from in the APJ region. So as Chad mentioned, many of you have probably met me before. My name is Anthony Merry. I have an interesting role here at Sophos. I spend part of my time in product management, helping the various teams build some great products, primarily in what we call security operation section. So that's endpoint, EDR, XDR, MDR on all the services. And then also I spend some time in product marketing as well. So not only getting to build great products, but go out and speak to people about them. So as some of you have probably noticed recently, we've announced a lot of things, especially in the last couple of months. So, my section is broken up into two parts. The first part is just a quick reminder of what we've launched and what we've added to the portfolio or changed in the portfolio in the last couple of months. And then I'll go into a bit of a road map session just ticking off a couple of items. That's just a fraction of the road map to highlight some of the things that we are doing, in the future. So let's move on. Okay. So let's start with Sophos endpoint. If you've attended any of our partner webinars, in the last couple of months, you've probably heard about all of these before. So just as a quick recap, a lot of the changes that we've made, variously opportunities for you to help grow your endpoint business. There's the introduction of the EDR license, the introduction of an endpoint 100 license. So that's a a version of Sophos endpoint that is aimed particularly at customers with up to 100 employees. It's the very same Sophos endpoint product. It's just special pricing for those sub 100 organizations sub 100 user organizations. We also added in a new name for Circle Sandpoint for legacy platforms. So this is, support for things like Windows seven or operating systems that are no longer supported. And there are customers who, for whatever reason, will stay on those platforms for some period of time. And for those customers, we can, help them with this extended support. And then then, of course, we've been making changes to the Sophos endpoint. This goes to everyone who happens to use Sophos endpoint, whether they use Sophos endpoint EDR, XDR, or MDR because it's available in all of those licenses. They benefit from the reduction in memory usage and the CPU reduction that comes with that. So that's fantastic news. And as many of you are probably aware, we acquired SecureWorks in February. The deal closed in February, and we have integrated Surplus endpoint with their Tagus platform. So we've made it available to all the existing Tagus XDR and NDR customers. We've included it, with their subscriptions at no additional cost as an additional option for them, for them to choose if they so desire. And an important point is if if you happen to sell InterceptorX Essentials or six e as some people knew it as, whether that's Term or Flex, we have started the retirement process of that. You should have received all the information about it already. If you haven't, feel free to ask questions in the chat, and we'll help you with that. So that that's the first part, a quick recap on Sophos endpoint. Now moving forward, let's let's switch gears to go to the other part of the SecOps portfolio, which is NDR and XDR. Now one of the big changes that we recently announced was that we are including all of the integrations, automatically into Sophos NDR and XDR subscriptions. So these are the integration packs. Just to be perfectly clear, these aren't add ons like manage risk or ITDR or anything like that. We're specifically talking about the integration packs. Now what does this mean? It means for customers, they've got better visibility. They can see more across their environment. All they have to do is integrate their existing security architecture or security products, and then they'll have that visibility. We'll ingest that into the open platform, which is Sophos Central, which gives them that better visibility. It helps them do faster detections, whether it's a customer who's doing it themselves with XDR or the Sophos MDR team. And then, of course, that means a quicker response. Now as it states there, it excludes the add ons, which I've previously mentioned, NDR, manage risk, one year data extensions, etcetera. Now this is effective November 8, so in a couple of days' time, for term customers and late January for MSP Flex customers. I know we've already had a couple of questions from partners when it's when it's activating November 8 for term, late January for MSP Flex. So what does this mean? It means that for existing customers, it is a stronger offering for them. So if they haven't made use of those integrations, well, they should. It's really easy to turn on the integrations with Microsoft. There's a good chance they have a a firewall, whether it happens to be a Sophos one or a competitive product. It's all good. They've made that choice. You can integrate that into central, have that visibility. Now it also helps you with the renewals. The integrations make it stickier, make customers stickier because they start enjoying having that visibility and seeing everything in one platform. Now it's not just ingesting the telemetry from those third party products and, of course, the Sophos products as well, but we also do custom detections on those too. So they get the benefits of that, adding to Grace into the whole MDR and XDR infrastructure. One of the other items that you would have seen us talk about recently is ITDR, so identity threat detection and response. And if any of you have listened to me speak on a couple of webinars or a podcast, one of the things that I say is identity is the new perimeter. All you'll also see in our marketing is the new cybersecurity frontline. And why is that? Well, that's because adversaries, they're increasingly fusing or leveraging stolen credentials, Whether they've paid for those credentials or they have been successful in the phishing attack, they've managed to to achieve or to to get some credentials. And then what do they do with that? Well, they impersonate legitimate users in their attack. Why do they do that? Because it makes it harder for a defender to know whether it's the real Anthony Mary who's doing something on Anthony's laptop or it happens to be an attacker pretending to be Anthony Mary and doing malicious activity. So ITDR or identity threat detection responses is called, it reduces the exposure to identity based attacks. Now it's available as an add on to Sophos XDR and Sophos MDR. And those of you in the audience who have looked at the integrations in the past, because we've just talked about the integrations, you might say, well, didn't Sophos XDR and NDR already have that? Did you already have integrations with, identity providers? And the answer is yes. We did. You could use our identity integration to ingest that information into Sophos XDR and NDR. But what this does is Sophos XDR uplevels that identity protection in the face of this increased customer attack, and it provides a more holistic approach to reduce identity and the attack surface. So what it does is it continuously scans a customer's enter ID environment for identity risk. So it's it's constantly doing that. And then it minimizes the risk of stolen credentials by monitoring and alerting you when credentials have been exposed. They could have been exposed on the dark web as part of one of many, data breaches that have occurred in the past. And once that's identified, we can say, Anthony Murray lost his credentials. You should do something like change his password, lock up his account, or do whatever is necessary to reduce the risk of an attacker making use of those credentials. I won't get into discussion of MFA. We could be here or there if I do, but enable a form of MFA, please. Now the other thing it also does is it monitors for abnormal user activity and risky user behavior. There's a lot of descriptions of what that can be. I won't go into that in too much detail, but that's the other thing it does. Now if you use this or a customer uses this in conjunction with the Sophos MDR service, the Sophos experts will investigate and respond to high risk activity threats on a customer's behalf. So they're getting an advantage from that as well. As you can see there, it's available for both Term and Flex customers, and there is a free trial available if somebody wants to go and try it out. Have a bit of a look at it. I actually think it's quite good. One of the other things we've done recently is introduce a category of advisory services into our offering. Now these are built on the established and trusted services that SecureWorks offer, and they've been extensively proven in the market. It's the same it's the same team providing the services and in fact, some we've added to the team with some of the Sophos, services people as well. Now we're starting off with the four services that you can see on the screen, internal and external penetration testing, wireless network penetration testing. This team is incredibly good at who does this. It's incredible if you see what they do. And then the web application security assessment. So we're starting off with those four. We're going to be increasing it more over time. Now the nice thing for you is this is available to everyone. So they can be a Sophos or a Tejas customer, or they might not be using a Sophos or a Tejas solution. That's perfectly fine. So this is great for pull through. You can offer these to any customer you like. Now it is available as a standalone SKU, and there is a new subscription services subscription that's coming. Details for that will will be along shortly, so watch this space for that one. But this one is pretty exciting. The also the other thing I like about this is this is potentially constant business that comes in. Somebody may only do one external penetration test a year, but every year, they'll come back and do the same thing. If they're slightly more paranoid, they'll do it more often, but it's a nice way to generate business. Now just to, run over a quick summary of what's happened, this is the way that the product portfolio used to look like. So we had Sophos endpoint, XDR MDR, and then, of course, with the introduction of Tejas, Tejas XDR, Tejas MDR, and Tejas XDR with, next generation SIEM. And then, of course, we have the add ons of NDR and managed risk. So with all the changes that we've announced recently, this is what it looks like now. And I know this is a really busy slide, but you can see that we've added the EDR, ITDR as an add on to XDR and MDR and the advisory services. So if you have any questions, I'm happy to go into the details of this in a lot of detail during the q and a if you like. So switching gears, moving more into the road map. What's coming next? Now I could spend a whole hour just talking about the road map. So what I've done is I've picked three items from there, which are coming soon, just to highlight them, get them on your radar. Maybe you're aware of some of this already, but we're just letting you know. And, again, this is a subset of the road map. It's not the entire road map, but these are three hand picked things that we thought you'd be excited about. So the first one is Sophos email. So this is available, as it says there, from the December 10. What we're doing is we are automatically including Sophos Phish Threat into every Sophos email license. Specifically, for those of you, if you think at a SKU or a product family level, this is the SKU or the product family CEMA or CEMA dash MSP if you're a flex customer. Now so this is available for both term and MSP customers. So what will happen as of the December 10 is that Sophos term Sophos email term customers will just see your Stripe appear in their central console. They'll have access to it. The MSPs, it'll automatically be added to their account as well. If you've got an existing customer who already has Sophos email and Sophos Phish Threat, for the term customers, and I'm I'm going through what's written on the slide because I think it's important for people to understand, is that both licenses will remain active. But at renewal time, the customer only needs to renew the Sophos email license. That's an important thing to remember. For MSPs, both licenses will remain active, but you'll only be billed for Sophos email from the December billing months onward. You'll no longer be billed for FishStrip when they have both. Now a lot of benefit to this is it offers more visibility and more functionality to existing Sophos email customers because it provides them with the phishing capabilities and the enablement that comes with Sophos Phish Threat. It also enhances the MSP profitability. You can do whatever you like with that because we're including that information in there. And, of course, it helps you with the email retention because it gives customers more functionality. Moving on to what is actually an incredibly large topic and a very exciting release, and that's Sophos firewall b 22. Now this is like any major firewall release, and this is the firmware release, not a not a new piece of hardware. This is the firmware. It's available in mid December twenty twenty five, so think of it as an early Christmas present. And there is so much in this release. It would take me another hour to go through everything in detail, but I'll break it up into three main categories, secure by design, network and and scalability, and day to day management. I won't pull out everything on this slide, but I'll just pick a few things here. The health check. Now this one, I personally really like. For those of you who know the endpoint health check-in central that tells you, this is not optimized. Maybe you're aware of it. Maybe you're not. FYI, this is what we think you should correct. That's what it did for endpoint. Now imagine that for your firewall. It goes through and looks at the same type of things, and it tells you whether we believe your firewall's in a healthy state. So that's why I think that one's really useful. It's it's nice for customers who and and we all get busy. We make a change, and we think, okay. I'll change it back in a day, then we all get busy. We forget, never change it back, and, well, potentially, it's a security hole or it's a way for an attacker to get in. Excuse me. So this is just a reminder to say, hey. Did you mean to do this? We think you should turn this back on as a simple example. Now looking at networking scalability with every release, we try and add more functionality into the firewall. And in fact, one of my favorite sayings is it's more than just a firewall. This Sophos file, this hardware, and this firmware does so much. It's got lots of built in functionality. It does all the z t and a stuff for you. It now has all the DNS protection in there as well. It does so much. So there there's a lot of things in there. And the day to day management, of course, we like to make it easier to manage for customers, give users a better experience. The hardware monitoring is something I like. In fact, it goes a bit further than the hardware monitoring. We also do a lot of firmware monitoring as well. So if, let's just say, an attacker happens to get into a firewall and they start making changes, people start noticing that something's changing on the firewall that is not right. And that will alert us, and then we can go have a look at it. So that's a nice little feature that's in there, that helps alert us to any potential attacker activity on the firewall. So that's one of the things I like about that. And, of course, there's a lot of MFA enhancements which come in there. Watch for some enablement sessions and some people discussing how this is going to improve. You'll start seeing them very shortly. Well, they'll they'll go into what is in b 22 in a lot of detail, if you're into firewalls and firewall sessions, please join those because there's a lot of information in this release, and there's a lot of great features. Now the next step on from that is what we're calling workspace protection. So this will be available from late February twenty twenty six of next year. And what it is is protection for remote workers, if I could just use a few words to describe it. So it bundles in all the functionality that we believe a remote worker and I I class myself as a remote worker because I'm either on the road visiting customers or partners in the home office and not necessarily in the Sophos office all the time. Now it is it pro it's provided with four main parts as you see there. Sophos protected browser, zero trust network access or zDNA, DNS protection for endpoints, and Sophos email monitoring system. So what does that mean? The protected browser, it's essentially a Harlan Chrome browser that we've developed in partnership with ireland. So if you don't know who they are, just look up ireland.io. That should give you a bit of an idea. And that provides a lot of security and controls for all online activity. Why do we think this is necessary and why it's good for organizations to have this? Well, I'll I'll use myself as an as an example. A lot of what I do day to day is actually interacting with a web browser. I can do all my work with Office three six five in a web browser. I can access Salesforce. I can access Concur and all these other internal systems that we have, and it's primarily through a web browser. And I'm not alone in that. I imagine your life is pretty similar to that as well, and it's true for a lot of organizations around the world, small and large. So this gives you greater control about what a user can and cannot do in a browser even down to things like DLP. I can't type and paste stuff and put it into, say, Gmail and email off that off to somebody outside the organization. No one can track all of that. So that one's pretty exciting. You'll watch for more information about that. ZTNA, you already know about, or I suspect you do. I mean, it's already integrated into the firewall. There's a ZTNA agent and Sophos endpoint, but it's also integrated into the protected browser. So it provides people with secure access to your private applications. Now that that's also a good thing if you're a remote user because, again, I could be in my home office where I'm protected by a surface firewall, or it could be in a cafe where I'm protected by nothing. So having all of this protection built into the browser and the endpoint and the connections in, that's a very important thing. Now DNS protection, that is available on the file now. It's also coming into Sophos endpoint so that if you happen to be in the office or remote, it'll use the Sophos DNS protection for DNS resolution. And it can be integrated into the browser as well to block unwanted Internet sites and apps. So think about it as an additional form of web control. So that means if you want to, you can control users' access to the web from a company device, whether that happens to be from a Sophos firewall, from Sophos endpoint, or now from this protected browser as well. So you've got three ways of doing that, which is actually really good. It means if you wanna control what your users can and cannot do on a work device, it's very hard for them to get around it. Then the last part is the email monitoring system. So that helps provide any additional insights into unwanted or malicious emails. Have a look on the Sophos website if you haven't heard about email monitoring system or EMS for short. Essentially, what it is is a second opinion to whatever you're using as your mail gateway. Let's just say you're using a Microsoft one. And it's a second opinion just to filter out whatever we consider to be bad emails, whether that's phishing, BEC, or whatever. Now you don't have to deploy all of these. You can mix and match. You just deploy what you need, whether it happens to be just the secure browser or or four. You get to decide that. Now I think this is pretty pretty excellent, and I I'm excited about this one because it actually goes into the next point is you can bundle it with Sophos firewall or you can bundle it with Sophos endpoint. Now think about it this way. You've got Sophos endpoint for the endpoint protection, and then you've got the secure browser. So that's the the way the user does a lot of their interactions day to day. And even if they are a user who let's just say, I'm I'm a Mac user, so I use the Mac version of Office, so Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etcetera. But I've used the web browser for the rest of my day to day job unprotected in both scenarios. So this is a nice upsell to to either, and you can add it on to either, which means it gives you a lot of options to help customers with remote workers in the workforce. And on that note, I will hand back over to excuse me. Where? Sorry, Chad. No problem. Anthony, I'm gonna I'm gonna pick it up here from here. I just wanted to say thank you. An in-depth look into the, Sophos portfolio update for our partners. Thank you so much, Anthony. I appreciate that. What what what I heard and and and I think for our partners, just as a takeaway, the benefits to you as Sophos partners today, easier sales with the portfolio, services, revenue, and attached services opportunity for US partners as well, and making those renewals easier. You'll see a lot of support and, engagement from our renewals team as well. Great to see MDR now includes all the integration packs, so please look out for more information on that. And as Anthony touched on ITDR, remember there's a free trial for partners and inside of the central console as well. So have a look at that around ITDR. Now as we jump into the update, on our partner program, these are a couple of the, points that we wanted to cover. I was thinking about it two years ago. We we had just wrapped up our business system transformation and lots of changes in our channel, and here we are now enhancing the price list and the portfolio and lots of new features, for our partners today. So the most important announcement on this slide is that our Tejas, security platform MDR solution will be available as a part of our Sophos price list from the December 10. So we are just a month away from that, and you will see the Tejas products and services being integrated into our price book. So pricing available through distribution, pricing available through the standard two tier model. That is specific to new customers to SecureWorks, new customers to Sophos that might not have had a SecureWorks contract in place in the past. We operate in across four different countries with SecureWorks customers in APJ, many different customers. Those customers will continue engaging with Sophos through their standard go to market model as they have in the past. But for new customers looking at Tejas as a platform, standard business as usual go to market model, through our two tier channel. So more to follow. Look out for the December 10 for that official announcement. As we move into MDR essentials, this is a really interesting play for our partners, particularly in the commercial and SMB space where we are now offering all customers that upgrade to MDR essentials as a part of the renewal process and the renewal quotation, period. So note that deal registration will automatically be applied to any endpoint renewals that you may have sold to your customer. We will be applying your deal registration benefit, giving you that margin protection, Plus, you will see the MDR essentials as an option for your customers. What is this doing for US partners? Firstly, the higher margins, from Sophos MDR, you're gonna see improved customer retention by ensuring they're given the option of the MDR essentials as a part of their renewal. And, certainly, just trying to streamline quoting and the discount approval process, which sometimes takes a few days, sometimes a few hours, but we wanna streamline that process for you, our partners, through the distributors. Faster, simpler deals, easier to quote with higher margins. So look out for the MDR essentials, promo that's coming out. The next area is MSP elevate. Now in APJ, we continue to, stretch ahead with the number of partners that we have in our Elevate program. We've got tens of partners across the various subregions. And, in fact, just a reminder to partners, you may be selling a number of software solutions today from the endpoint, the firewall, networking security, some of the other solutions. If you're a managed service provider and your customers are spending more than 10 sorry, $2,000 with you on a monthly basis, look at the partner commit that we provide and ask for in the Elevate program. It's a minimum of $2,000 monthly spend. It's locked into a twelve month minimum contract allowing you as an MSP to manage predictability on this model, but it also is going to include an automatic annual renewal, ensuring your customers and yourself as a partner get that predictability. Here are the benefits. Exclusive MDR bundles for MSPs. We've got a 40% discount on our network in a box bundle. Please reach out to our commercial and sales teams and your channel account managers for more information, and particularly our MSP team who can assist you to navigate through the Elevate program. Growth based and other rebate accelerators available to partners which we are launching as well. So for MSP partners that are not yet signed up to elevate, please have a look at this. Let us assist you to move up and elevate to that next level. And for any partners that are reselling today, standard partners looking to go into the MSP program, This is a great starting point for you as well over and above the flex program. Now a reminder on partner training. It becomes such a topic with many of our partners and our distributors when we meet in in the field. How do we understand? How do we learn more about the Sophos products, the solutions? Example, Anthony Mary covered a whole lot of new updates today across endpoint, MDR, introduction of ITDR from Sophos, and our range of services, including the advisory services. The partner training updates are actually available today for all of our partners. If you're in sales, if you're in SE, we have the sales training. We have the technical training available for the presales folks. But we also go into some of the product training, guided onboarding for managed detection response. How does your customer work walk through that experience? Have a look at the Sophos Academy and the upcoming schedule of training that's available to you. It's published through our partner portal and available in our partner newsletter. So as we have previously announced, this is a reminder for our partners across APJ, the introduction of the software certification points, which is coming soon, and our digital badges, which are already available. I've already seen some of our partners and distributors putting up their digital badges very proudly, and I wanna say thank you. We see that. We appreciate that up on social media profiles and LinkedIn. So please continue that. This is how you as a partner and a distributor can earn your digital badges. Firstly, sales certifications, there's a new quick start sales training. There's our sales fundamentals and our MDR sales accelerator. Each of those earns you a few points, and that equals to you qualifying for a digital badge. This is the software sales professional. Many of our partners, sales teams, and other teams have started to complete this and achieve those accolades. We also have the technical training, engineer, architect, technician, and MDR guided onboarding for partners, presales, and technical communities. Have a look out for the firewall architect training, the endpoint architect training, and those digital badges that you can earn as well. So with that, those are the quick updates on the program, the certifications. I'm gonna hand over to Sharnell to talk us through the marketing updates. Welcome, Sharnell. Thanks, Chad. It's good to be here on the call today. So I just wanted to take everybody to do, what's going on with our regional marketing updates currently. So one of the big ones that we have, in the market for you guys all is our firewall displacement campaign. So as you know, there's a really great opportunity, with displacing firewalls. We can look at Fortinet as an example that by 2026, 25% of Fortinet Fortinet firewalls are going to be coming end of life. So we would love to help you guys, transition those customers to Sophos firewall. And to help you guys do that, we have a variety of assets, available to you all on the partner portal, so that you can actually start, executing this with your customers. So we have a full, campaign execution guide on there for you that includes a desk aid, some videos on how to, migrate your customers. There's competitive promotions that we have, battle cards for you and your team. As well as, those resources, we have some amazing marketing resources that you guys can use such as co brandable email templates that are ready to go. You just need to put your logo on them, as well as our on demand webinar page and our really great blog that's really, good to point your customers to. So I encourage you all to jump on the partner portal and have a look at this firewall display based payment campaign and start rolling this out to some of your customers. So another really great program that we have for you guys is our Sophos spiff program. So we want to reward you guys for providing your customers with these superior security outcomes, with some really amazing rewards. So we do have a tiered rewards, promotion, for deal regs that close that are five k and above. You can earn some really fantastic rewards starting from 300 USD, going all the way up to 12,000 USD for those really big enterprise deals. And this quarter, we want to reward continue rewarding you guys for all of your new logo wins, but we also really want to be hitting, some of those strategic customer expansion accounts as well. So we have increased the amount of eligible products that are part of the expansion piece of our SPIP program. So the eligible products for expansion now include, all Sophos, Antegis, MDR, XDR, ITDR, NDR, all of our advisory services, and our XGS firewall. So I really encourage you guys to make sure that you guys are closing these deal regs and getting these rewards because you don't wanna be missing out on, any money that we have available for you guys to claim. So make sure you guys are jumping into the Sophos rewards portal on your partner portal, to check if you guys have any deals that are eligible that you can start claiming and start spending some of your money. And then we have some really fantastic sessions coming up with our Sophos Academy. So Chad did mention this, but I just wanna reiterate we've got amazing sessions coming up. Our session coming up in a couple of weeks' time is on the Sophos advisory services. So this is a really great academy session for you guys to learn the ins and outs of all of the advisory services that we have available for you to to send out to your customers. So I would like to invite the rest of our speakers back up on stage. We've got time for all of your questions. So please, pop those in the questions panel, and we will go through those. Thanks, Shonelle. Thank you so much, Shah. Okay. So we, we got a couple of questions coming through. Anthony, if I may, I'm gonna I'm gonna go through that question. Maybe we can just share it with the rest of the team. And, I don't know if there was any, connection to the first question as well around Microsoft three c three six five management activity. But one of the questions was, is Sophos RTDR a part of Sophos MDR complete package? I'll hand over to you, Anthony, and just see if we need to connect up to that first question as well. Thanks. Yes. I believe the the two questions are related. So let let's start with the the one that Tad just mentioned. Is Sophos ITVR a part of the MDR complete package? The short answer is no. It's not a part of MDR complete. It's available as an add on to Sophos XDR and Sophos MDR. So it's something that is purchased in addition to, which brings us back to the first question, which was, isn't ITDR the same as the Microsoft Office three six five management activity integration? It's slightly different. Yes. They can ingest information because, well, we we ingest information, from, you know, the various Microsoft sources today into XDR and MDR, but it takes it a step further, by continuously looking for abused credentials. That's not something that you'll always see with the integration. Yes. There it'll give you signs that that's happening, but it goes a step further to just goes, is this actually happening? It's a more holistic approach. So it continuously scans, so the enter ID environments for those identity risks. Credential abuse is just one of them. There are multiple. It also does a lot more. It looks for it looks on the dark web for stolen credentials. So, for example, if my Sophos credentials, so my username and password appears in a data breach, I'm in Australia. I'm just going to pick on pick on any of the data breaches of this, of this or Qantas or any of the other ones that happened recently. If it identifies my data in there, it will just say, hey. This is where Anthony's credentials have been found. They may or may not be the same as my work credentials, but maybe the email address is the same and that gives an attacker enough to go off. And then also, it looks for abnormal activity and user behavior. So that can be things like Anthony logged in in Brisbane, where I'm based, at 3PM. And at 03:30PM, Anthony logged in in Hong Kong. Yes. Where? Yeah. That's a type of impossible travel rule. So we'll also look for things like that. So it is it is above and beyond what the integration did. And, also, this one, it it is it integrates a lot more with the MDR service, so it gives them a lot more to work on, hires off more detections to enable them to go and investigate high risk identity based threats. That's a long answer to two questions. Anthony, thank you. I hope that I hope that, answered the question for George and the rest of our partners. There was a a a note as well. I think in one of the slides, partners can access the free trial of ITDR today. Right? And that's available for partners, within the central platform as well. That is correct. Yes. Perfect. Thank you. Alright. I just want to remind partners and and those attending the call today, please add any questions into the q and a if you do have any questions. At this moment, I don't have any further questions. So we we might just see if there's anything else to cover. I think we are almost at time. Anthony, I will extend a thank you to you today. Thank you for joining us and sharing updates across the portfolio. And, Sharnell, as well, thank you for your support and updates to the partners. Lots happening in enablement and spiffs as well for partners, particularly around, new logo opportunities. So please look out for more information from your channel teams. I am just seeing if there's any further questions. Doesn't look like it at the moment. Sharnell, can you see any further questions on your end? No more questions on my end. So I think we're good. That's alright. If you guys have any other questions that we could answer offline, feel free to reach out directly to your channel account rep as well, and we can answer those questions. Thank you so much. To our partners, thank you for joining us this afternoon or this morning, depending where you are in the region. We will be sending out a copy of the recording for you to share with your sales teams and your broader teams. Thank you so much. It was a quick short sharp update on the portfolio updates and some of the program updates and marketing elements as well. Thank you, partners. Enjoy the rest of your day, and we look forward to seeing you in the field. Thank you.
