And with the Sophos and Microsoft working together, you've got lower operational pressures and lower, lower time consumption, freeing you up your billable hours. So let's really, go through how we're going to to to bring this program to you and and to, help you take it to your customers. Well, we're going to do it in two parts. Firstly, we have this overall sales play, this program, this approach for selling Sophos into Microsoft environments, which is what we're sharing today. We're also actually working with Microsoft to develop a program to help you then generate demand for Sophos MDR into Microsoft environments. So we're building a, dedicated campaign kit with a Microsoft, provided agency, and that's a toolkit that we're looking to be able to give to you from the May onwards. So this first part is the the broader story, and then we can accelerate with the MDR campaign, the, the the icing on the cake, really. Now I said, that Sophos is the most complete, most profitable, most effective way to secure Microsoft environments. Let's break this down. Let's walk through what this what this means and and where the opportunity is the sales motion sit for you. Starting off, I want to make really clear, this is not a single service or single product opportunity. It's a full platform opportunity. It's one you can use with customers that already have a Sophos solution and one that you can use with customers that are not yet using Sophos. And whilst you can sell the full portfolio, there are some areas that I would particularly encourage you to focus on when talking to customers with Microsoft environments. MDR, penetration testing, security assessments, endpoint, firewall, identity, email, ITDR, EDR, those are all areas where there's really great synergy between Sophos and, Microsoft, whichever Microsoft plan the customer is on. You'll see I've also highlighted SIM, next gen SIM. So, of course, right now, we, are able to to meet next gen SIM needs with our Tejas solutions, Tejas XDR and Tejas MDR. Well, coming, mid this year, we're going to be providing a, next gen SIM add on into Sophos Central, an add on for Sophos XDR and Sophos MDR. So that's gonna further expand the opportunities available to you within the Sophos Central platform. So a really broad, opportunity. The question then is, well, how do I you know, with this portfolio, at your advantage, how do we take that into into our customers' environments? How do you generate those, deeper sales and the stickier, footprints? Well, there's really two approaches that we would encourage you to look at. The first option is to align to Microsoft plans. And the key differentiator for Sophos that you're able to to take to market is that Sophos solutions align with, Microsoft plans whichever plan your customer is using right from business basic up to e five. So wherever your customer is on their Microsoft journey, whichever plan they're using, software solutions can, take telemetry, complement those plans, enable customers, say, right from the beginning to get more value from their Microsoft investments. And this is a real differentiator for Sophos because whilst many organizations say, yes. Yes. We work with Microsoft. We take Microsoft telemetry. Really, you need an e five license, to be able to do that. So it's only something that's available for those organizations with the highest level of Microsoft license. For the majority of organizations that are on the other plans, well, there's very limited capability to lean on the the Microsoft investment to accelerate their security. Not so with Sophos. We work with all of them, and that's a real powerful tool for you. Powerful tool also for your customers because it means they can get more value. The second approach is to align to security challenges. So positioning a combination of softwares and Microsoft solutions and, of course, your own services on top to help address the the key challenges that organizations are facing, ransomware, identity threats, business email compromise, for example. Now I'm going to walk through both those options in a bit more detail, but we have a lot of detail behind this. We have a full, training program, and we have a a full slide library that breaks down both these options, the solutions, how to position Sophos, why, why Sophos security solutions are required in, in these situations. So we're going to have a look at the overview, but I encourage you to to to to spend some time on the detail afterwards. Now let's start with option one. Now this is a a summary of of Microsoft plans, and, of course, they have lots of licensing and it's pretty complex, but, essentially, it boils down to to three main groupings here. One, the productivity plan, so those over in the left on the green. So the plans that enable organizations to get those cool Microsoft tools that we're all using every day. We also have the identity piece, so enter ID and that that key part of the identity, infrastructure. And then over on the right, the security focused plans, the the plans that include Microsoft security tools. And whichever plan, whichever solution combination the customer has, we have some great go to soft host solutions that you can layer in, could use to to further extend their their defenses. On the productivity side, you know, Sophos endpoint, the most unmatched protection against remote ransomware, which is the prevalent form of human, activated ransomware attacks in Microsoft environment. The CryptoGUARD capability uniquely is able to stop and roll back those remote ransomware attacks whichever, device the malicious processes are running on. So a really powerful tool there. Of course, Sophos MDR, you know, our, market leading MDR solution. It takes telemetry from the customer's Microsoft environment, as I said, whichever plan they're on, plus, of course, any additional solutions that they're using and uses that to, to accelerate threat detection and response. And I've got some great stats and great proof points as to the efficacy of the MDR service in Microsoft environment to to come. And Sophos email is a great solution to be talking about. If you have a a customer who's in one of those productivity plans, Sophos email gives them great value, great email security, seamless integration with Office three six five. So so do, you know, focus there. There's some great ways to layer in Sophos as a compliment. For organizations using EntraID, I really encourage you to be talking about this beautiful partnership of ENTRAID and Sophos MDR. In fact, for me, this is the is the killer combination for for business email compromise, for ransomware as well. Now having ENTRAID and Sophos MDR, which can can take those, ENTRAID insights and use them to identify and stop the, identity based attacks. It is the I'd say, you know, make up your foundation. ITDR on top, soft as ITDR, a really powerful extension, giving even greater defenses, thanks to the EntraID integration. So MDR, ITDR, that's a great place to focus. But also Sophos firewall. Sophos firewall has EntraID integration, streamlining single sign on, reducing admin, and giving end users a a really seamless experience. So, you know, Softwell's firewall, also great, integration with Microsoft environments. And for those customers of yours that maybe the more security focused customers who have who are using Microsoft security tools, well, Sophos MDR, again, the, great place to to focus. Of course, Sophos MDR deep integration, takes telemetry from Microsoft Defender, provides an additional layer of detection, additional layer of defense leveraging soft assist threat expertise, and, of course, providing that twenty four seven threat detection and response. It's a really powerful tool for organizations using Microsoft Defender, helping them get full value of their Defender solution for, their security. Advisory services as well. For organizations that are more security minded, great way for you to help them identify gaps in their defenses, identify opportunities to reduce cyber risk. And the email monitoring service too, that additional layer of security for, organizations with a a nonstop voice email security product. So elevating protection for those security minded organizations. As I said, this is an overview. This is the recommendations of where to focus, where where your biggest opportunities are to, layer in soft off solutions alongside Microsoft plans. And the soft off solutions can be something you sell at the same time, or it could be the expansion after the Microsoft piece is sold in. As I said, we've got lots of information on this, so do take take a little time to look at it. Now, of course, this is one approach, as I said. The second approach is aligning Sophos solutions and Microsoft technologies to address security needs. Top of the list here on the left is identity threats. So, you know, identity is becoming the conversation. Identity breaches, and and the resulting impacts on organizations is top of mind for lot of IT teams and also business leaders, and we're seeing a real increase in in identity based attacks. As I was talking about before, enterID and Sophos MDR is a powerful, powerful combination here. And this is where I'd really advise you if you're looking to sell a combined Sophos and Microsoft bundle, as it were, you know, this is where I would be building it, putting these these complementary new solutions together, and if possible, adding in ITDR for further defenses and, further further opportunity for you. Similarly, when it's ransomware you know, ransomware, I know it's a topic we've been talking about for a long time, still continues to be as as prevalent as as ever and impactful as ever. And, of course, with the remote ransomware where the, the ransomware is, malicious processes are running on a different device to the one that's being encrypted, highly prevalent in Microsoft environments, and Sophos endpoint is, uniquely able to to directly stop that. Now Sophos endpoint and MDR, that's your go to solution for ransomware where they are open to having Sophos endpoint. If the organization is locked in on Microsoft Defender for endpoint, then brilliant. Layering Sophos MDR. Great combination there. Whichever way you go, your customer's gonna get elevated defenses through, through Sophos MDR, and they're also still going to benefit from, Sophos detections. And then we talked about cyber risk reduction. This is an opportunity to to really help the organization understand where the gaps are. And based on what, what is revealed from the, advisory services, you can then position your solutions, your services, softest technologies, additional Microsoft technologies to help address gaps. And business email compromise continues to be, a major concern, rightly so, for organizations of all sizes. Again, this is where we can combine Microsoft 365 email and Sophos email to or we have a really nice powerful combination or enter ID and Sophos MDR for organizations that want even higher level of protection. So you've got some great combinations here, that you can be thinking about. And my my encouragement is if we're talking back, to customers about these security challenges, thinking about that combined Sophos and Microsoft solution to help them address them. Now I did say Sophos was, the most complete, partner for securing Microsoft environments. And but I have a table here, lots of areas of comparison. As you can see, no other vendor offers the breadth of opportunity and depth of, Microsoft integrations that Sophos does. But the line I really want to draw your attention to is the one in the middle. Now this is around threat intelligence agent for Microsoft Copilot, something Sophos uniquely provides. You may have noticed we actually announced this, towards the back of 2025, but, Microsoft has selected Sophos to, provide threat intelligence through Sophos Intellix for Microsoft Copilot. So this means that within Microsoft Pilot, in addition to the Microsoft Threat Intelligence feed that there's there, there's also a Sophos Threat Intelligence feed that's embedded for all Copilot users. This, for me, is probably the biggest, you know, testament to the caliber of Sophos' defenses for Microsoft environments. The fact that Microsoft has chosen Sophos threat intelligence for its own Copilot solution, I think, talks to our ability to secure, the ability to defend Microsoft environments perhaps better than anything else. I think it's a real endorsement of of Sophos from Microsoft for Microsoft solutions. And, and I hope that's also a great talking point that you can use with your own customers there. Now that was me talking about how Sophos is the most complete way for you to secure your customers' Microsoft environments. I also said we're the most profitable. And what I want to look at now is just some ways if you can think about combining Sophos and Microsoft solutions to make you the most profit. So whichever, you know, customer need or situation you're in, you've got options as to how you combine different Sophos and different Microsoft solutions. And what we've worked up here are three examples based on three of the common challenges we know customers have, and different combinations of softwalls and Microsoft solutions. Now this is example pricing. It's based on, band three, MSP in The USA, and the, the Microsoft pricing is from a, marketplace distributor in the in The US. Now, of course, everybody is going to be having different pricing depending on which Microsoft, situation you have, you know, great where you are with Softbox. What I want you to really take away from this is that depending on how you combine solutions, you have real options to elevate your customers' defenses whilst also giving more room, more margin for you. And you can also consider ways that, okay, if you can perhaps even lower the buy price you offer to your customer to free up budget for additional security investments or additional security services you can provide. So for example, just thinking about ransomware. You know, there's as I mentioned, stop us works with all the Microsoft plans. So you could choose which is the which is the best plan for for the customer, for their needs. And then if you wanted, you know, put in soft as MDR essentials, for example, that that includes the, the, sixteen year, gotten a magic quadrant recognized soft as endpoint solution. You could combine that. Or you could go for the, for example, a Microsoft business premium combination, which has, Microsoft Defender for endpoints in it and Sophos MDR. So you've got different options. There's also probably five, six different options between those two as well. My encouragement here is really to just think about how you can combine different options, different packages to give your customers the best security outcomes and to give yourself the best business outcomes because they're definitely there, and there's definitely a lot of room for you to, see increased return on your hard work. Now this is, let's say, so an example pricing. I'm going to invite Jason to come back now because he has a great case study that, his team, worked on that we can share. Great. Thank you, Jason. So great example there of, you know, how positioning soft as that complement to the to the Microsoft solutions. The, the the better together story, really does help, even enable us to to grow grow our business and, elevate the customer's defenses. Now funny I in terms of the, you know, the the value proposition I I put to you, I also said we're the most effective way to secure Microsoft environments. And, of course, that's key because, you know, organizations are investing in in security because they need to defend their organization, and and that's ultimately the what we all need to provide. So I'm incredibly proud of Sophos' track record in securing Microsoft environments. There's some stats here that, really can it also be great proof points for for your customers when you're having these conversations. We secure already 600,000 Microsoft environments. Now what this means is that our team is constantly getting telemetry from threats into Microsoft environments. They're constantly analyzing, reacting, responding to those threats, and then automatically elevate protection for every single customer based on what we're seeing across our broad diverse customer base. So this community immunity that is, is available to all Sophos customers is a really powerful advantage, a really powerful differentiator and security benefit. But when we come straight into the the MDR service, well, I've talked I've been saying how, you know, our MDR service, one of our differentiators is our ability to take Microsoft telemetry from all Microsoft plans and use it to, accelerate threat detection and response. And we actually did that 23,000 times last year. 23,000 advanced attacks that we detected using Microsoft telemetry, last year, enabling us to detect and stop those attacks at the very first opportunity. And we also, executed thousands of automated response actions within the Microsoft environments. So we detected the threat, and we executed response actions to neutralize them. So really powerful evidence that we're not just saying we secure Microsoft environments. We're doing it thousands of times every every week. So really good data point there. And, also, you know, we see here we've got, our MDR response time. You'll be familiar, I'm sure, with the average thirty eight minutes of our MDR response time. Well, that's a stat already we're very proud of. But within Microsoft environments, that time drops to just twelve minutes. Twelve minutes is the average time for us to detect, investigate, and neutralize a threat in Microsoft environments, faster than any in house team can do, and that's at any time of the day or night. So we're really securing Microsoft environments at scale consistently, you know, and at a speed that that no one can match in house. Now I've also mentioned already our Copilot integrations, surface, surface intelligence and threat intelligence feed. But we're also MISA Veritapp verified. So Microsoft Intelligence Security Association verified for softness MDR. So really powerful event for that, and that's actually softness MDR and softness ITDR. So both MISA verified there. And we have tens and tens of Microsoft security operations analysts, who are, you know, certified in in Microsoft and able to ensure that our customers have the optimal integrations with Microsoft so they can get the most from their investments. So really great proof points of our ability, our efficacy in securing, customers using Microsoft. Now talking about securing customers, you know, we know that you're going to need to to, have a way to share these benefits with with your customers, and we're very much positioning Sophos as that cybersecurity force multiplier that unlocks the full value of your customers' Microsoft investments. We are very much focusing on that stronger together story. We know that there's a lot of investments that have already been, made into Microsoft environments. We enhance them. We complement them. We extend them. We enable customers to get more value from them, whether they have an in house team who we can help free up, or whether they are looking for, for you to manage their security for them, reducing cyber risk, delivering that community immunity I was talking about, giving them more return on their Microsoft solutions. So I hope you agree that this is a really strong and compelling story and and a great way to consistently, regularly add, software solutions to Microsoft environments, elevating, your profitability as well as the the customer's protection. Now we have developed a program to help you, take advantage of this this, this story, this positioning, this capability that we we offer. First up in the partner academy, we have a playbook, a guide on their partner portal that will walk you through the the program, step by step, linking to all of the resources that we've got available. So really simple, really clear program that you can walk through to make it easy for you to start seeing benefits. We've also got a full training program within Sophos, Partner Academy. So training program that walks through the the details of how Sophos works with with Microsoft solutions, the different technologies we have, how they how you can position them. So I do encourage you to to take the time to look at that. And we also have a lot of supporting resources such as slide libraries and then brochures and and things like that. Plus, we've got resources to help you share, share the softness of Microsoft stronger together story with your own customers. So, web pages, solution briefs. We've even got a a really nice thirty second sizzle video that was actually created for us by Microsoft. So great content that you can use with your customers. For those of you who, in the MSP side, we have some dedicated materials that are aligned to to your business and your opportunity. We don't realize that, that this is something that will be placed a little bit differently, and so we want to make sure you're also fully equipped to to take advantage of it. So all of these resources are in the Sophos partner portal. We'll be, sharing a link, after the session. I do encourage you to take a look at them, to check them out, and and really incorporate that Sophos story into into your Microsoft conversations too. And if I can just kind of bring into an end, you know, just highlight the partnership we have. Now the this is a a screenshot, one of my colleagues took actually at, at Ignite. And Sophos has we put a little box around it, but Sophos is that only security vendor, that, they they were sharing, that they were highlighting. And we're incredibly proud of that. Incredibly proud of the affirmation of our ability to effectively secure Microsoft environments for you and for your customers. So I encourage you, as I said, to, take a moment to learn this story. Take a take the training course, check out the resources on the portal, get comfortable with the story of positioning softwares that complement that that, that, enhancement to Microsoft. And then build an activation plan. Think of your customers and your stories, how you can work this together. If you're talking about identity threats, if that's an issue that that you're having conversations on, think, for example, how can you build, so Sophos MDR and and enter ID into that conversation to to help, address those threats. And then, you know, use use the resources to activate the opportunities, and don't hesitate to reach out to your Sophos team, for, for any support or help that you need because we're all here to to support you. So with that, I'm gonna ask Jason to to come back on on stage. I'd also like to thank you all so much for for your time and for, for joining us today. Jason, have you had any any questions that have come in? Yeah. Absolutely. We do have a few of them here, and we'll do our best to answer as many of these as we can and also send some follow-up on some of them that we might not be able to answer on this call. The first question comes from Eric, and he was asking, when did you say SIM was going to be available in Sophos Central? So this is a little bit of a sneak preview. There will be information coming out formally at the, towards the towards the end of this month. But, we are looking to do a market launch, in, July, and it will be available with, SARS XDR, SARS MDR on a term basis, targeting early August and for term and, targeting, early October for MSP. Yeah. It's super exciting. And and, Sal, I'm assuming that's with our Tejas integration within our platform, and that also would answer that question for Michael in terms of timelines on identity threat detection response. So, Kyle, Michael did ask a question about when ITDR will be available in Canada. I I answered that in the chat, but just to clarify, customers in Canada that already have Sophos can buy it today if they have a tenant that's located outside of the Canadian geography where our data center is. Right? So I've I've sold several of these to customers that wanna take advantage of this early. The good news and bad news is 80% of our customers in Canada are using other tenants because we launched the data center a few years back. So it is available now, but our customers are looking to expand with the Canadian tenant. It will be available in the coming months with that launch as well. And let's move on to the next question here. Nick has a question about and, Sal, you might wanna take this one offline, but let me know if you can answer this. How is Sophos email monitoring different than Sophos central email and the integration with Microsoft three sixty five? And so stuff on email monitoring service is a an additional layer of email security that runs alongside non Sophos email solutions. So, you know, if a customer is using, I don't know, MyPath, for example, you know, they can they can also run Sophos e email, monetary service to identify any threats that, the third party email solution missed. It's, ideal for organizations that are really, keen to elevate their email security. Perhaps they have quite stringent, security needs in in their organization. So it provides additional detections, but it doesn't have the full capabilities that you get with Sophos email. Sophos email is a fully fledged, fully powered, stand alone email security solution, integrates beautifully with with, with Microsoft, but, also works, works with, other solutions as well. It includes, the user awareness training. So Sophos Phish Threat is now included automatically with Sophos emails. So organizations using Sophos email can take advantage of the phishing simulation and user awareness training solutions. So Sophos in short, Sophos email is a, fully fledged standalone email security solution. Sophos email monitoring service is an additional overlay for, for third party email product for organizations that need additional email defenses. Great. Thanks, Sally. And if I if you do want any additional clarification, please reach out to your channel team where we can get an engineer involved that can go into a deeper level with you. The next question here comes from comes from David, and he said I've heard different answers to this question. Sally, I'm not sure if you can answer this, but we'll shoot it off to you. Does Sophos NVR integrate to Microsoft three sixty five GCC and GCC high government cloud accounts? You have several customers who must follow the new CMMC standards and GCC high is required in many cases. Yeah. So I believe so, but, I know you've said you've had different answers for this. So what I would like for us to do is to take it away, and then we can, get the product team to provide you with the full details of that integration. We've also actually been, working with an external specialist on, guidance and resources for you in relation to that regulation, which we're going to be sharing shortly as well. So we we're very much mindful of the of that requirement and, and very desiring to help you with that. So I wanna make sure that we give you the full details. So let us take that one away, Jason, and, we involve the product management team to, to to respond. Great. And, we have one other question here from Cynthia. And, e five for telemetry. Great. I like this question. What about Microsoft three sixty five premium? Yeah. So we Sophos MDR can take telemetry whichever plan they're on. So if they're on, business premium, bring it on. You know, with customer, we can, do telemetry. We can use it to accelerate threat detection and response. So very much, whichever plan, the the customers on, wherever they are in their Microsoft journey, Sophos can work with them. And I think this is a key key part of the story is that we know that customers will evolve their their environments, their Microsoft solution, their security solutions. Sophos works with them wherever they're at. So as they evolve, they can continue to take advantage of the the Sophos integration. So yeah. Absolutely. We can we can support you, and then the customer can can get the the benefit of the two working together. Okay. Great. Jamis, I think there's one final question we'll take here unless anything else trickles in, and this might be one we take offline also with an engineer. Does Sophos XDR satisfy requirements specified under the new CMMC level two? So, in terms of CMMC, we has have a, a full resource pack that we have been working with a specialist external agency. I don't have the full details off the top of my head, so let's take that one away and provide that. And I I'm sure that the the team is actually also working on a a program to to make all of the CMMC resources available to our partners in The US. Alright. Great. Thank you, Sally. There's just another minute here, but I believe we answered all the questions in the chat. And the ones that we didn't fully answer, we will send a q and a, a detailed q and a afterwards. And you can also reach out to your channel team that supports you, and get their team on the line where they can go into depth on some of the things that you meant that were mentioned here if you have any additional further clarification questions. At the end of this, I'd like to thank everyone for taking the time, to join this webinar. I'm super excited about the opportunity and market for my partners, in regards to complementing what Microsoft has today and really, capitalizing on customers' current environments and really meeting them where they're at with our platform. So thank you again, for joining us today, and, looking forward to the next one. Take care.
