We are gonna give it just a couple minutes to let people settle in, and we're gonna get started in just a couple minutes. So thanks. Alright. So we're gonna get started now. So thanks for taking the time to join us today. Just to give a little bit of an intro, my name is Julia. I am a channel account executive here on the distribution team at Sophos. And thanks for for taking the time out to to join. We've got some really exciting things to talk about today. We have some new promotions and incentives that were very new newly launched, for this quarter and, really compelling for our partners and and customers alike. So we're gonna talk through some a brand new incentive that we've just rolled out yesterday, for specifically authorized In Silver partners, along with some new promos, deal reg boosters, and different, accelerators for you to really kick start your margin and, you know, really kinda help you level up with the Sophos partner program. So the first thing we wanted to talk through is our new Sophos Accelerate program, and this is really exciting because it's something we've never had before. It's a brand new program. This is gonna really help our authorized and silver partners, get some upfront margin or, I'm sorry, back end margin. And if you see in the the, little scroll bar below, you can click on that to enroll. But we just launched this yesterday. So this is an incentive rebate. You'll receive a back end, incentive, through our extreme portal, which is kind of like a Venmo for business type thing, if you complete the three qualifications. So we wanted to really enable three, different pillars for this specific program. So the first one is to, make sure that you get at least three individuals, certified on our sales certification badges. So those are brand new. Just launched a new sales certification, which is called s c zero zero. So if you have three individuals from your company take these three sales certifications, they'll get a sales digital professional badge. And this is something new that we're launching. The sales badge follows the individual, so not the company, but the individual. So you can utilize the badge. You can put it on, you know, your LinkedIn. You can put it in your email signature. Just something to really show that you have a good extensive knowledge on the SOPOS, the different products and and how to sell it. So s c zero zero is gonna be it's brand new. It's live in the portal today. But that's gonna really go over the enhancements in the portal and make sure you know how to use it properly. S c zero one, this is a certification we've had for a very long time, but we continually update it. This is really gonna help you sell the overall Sophos portfolio and be comfortable really pitching the value to your, your customers, and and, you know, any type of customer of any size. And then the s c zero two, that is focused specifically on MDR and pitching the value of cybersecurity as a service. This is something that Sophos does really well, and we see a lot of partners find the most value in offering something like this. So those three sales certifications are all online, all accessible in the portal, and they're all, self paced and free. So you don't have to you know, it's it's do it at your own pace, no cost to you, and it's really just gonna help you feel confident and comfortable selling the the Sophos products. So once you have those completed, you have three individuals complete the sales certifications and receive the badges. The next portion of the incentive is to register an MDR deal. So that has to be a viable deal, has to be submitted through deal registration, and approved. And then the set the third prerequisite for the incentive is to book a deal for at least $2,000 in ACV, so annual contract value, in the incentive period. So the incentive period starts from October 1 to the December. And if you get all three things done in that incentive period timeline, you'll receive a thousand dollar rebate on the back end through our extreme portal. So make sure if you're if if you're interested in this, incentive, which is really compelling, really gonna help you also move up in the partner program, make sure to click that link, below and sign up because you have to sign up and get, the email notification that confirms you've been signed up. So I'm going to send out you know, at the end of this, we'll have a follow-up with the link and everything like that. But this is really exciting. So I'm hoping our partners, you know, definitely see the value in this, and we wanna help you, you know, see those those margins on the back end, and help you get kick started with with the partner program. So this is really exciting. And this kind of go I wanted to do a a specific slide on the sales professional badge because this is something brand new. We are gonna be launching a series of badges with their new partner program coming up, but this is the very first one. So anybody can take this from your organization. For the incentive, you have to have at least three individuals with the sales professional badge, but you're not, you you're not capped at that. You can have as many people take it as possible. And it is really something that anybody selling the Sophos product or portfolio will really benefit from because it's, you know, continually updated, and the trainings that we're launching for partners are very compelling and and and really help get you ingrained within the product. So next, I wanna talk through a few of the different, promotions that we've got going on. You've probably if, you know, you're signed up for our, emails, you'll probably see a lot about this coming out, but this is something really, really cool and exciting that, wanna mention on this call to make sure all of our partners know about it and can take advantage of it. So the first promotion that I wanted to highlight is our Sophos endpoint 100. So, essentially, what this is is it gives our partners, a fixed price. So for, Sophos endpoint. So let's intercept x advanced. That's our endpoint agent. So you get a fixed MSRP cost, which is on the slide here, US dollars and Canadian dollars, and that's for both server and endpoint. So you're not gonna have a different price point for this. It's gonna be the same across endpoints and servers, which is really cool. This specifically, endpoint 100, is for any organization with up to a 100 employees. So that's up to a 100 user licenses with 10 server licenses. So this is really geared towards SMBs commercial type end users that may have some budget constraints but don't wanna skimp out an endpoint protection, this is the perfect promotion to utilize for opportunities like that. This is for term subscriptions only, so, any type of annual, contractual, subscription. And what's really great about this is that there isn't a deal reg process. You don't have to apply any promo codes. No discounts. Everything is baked into these endpoint 100 SKUs, and they're already set up with our distributors. So all you have to do is go right to your distributors. Say I have an opportunity, wanna use Sophos endpoint 100, and it's up to that that's pretty much it. It's very, very easy to take advantage of this promotion. We wanted to make this simplified for our partners so there aren't you know, we don't have to go in and create quotes and, promo codes, anything like that. You just go right to your distributors. So these are set up with all of our distis, which is great. So endpoint 100, we've got some benefits, obviously, for partners, but also to customers. Really want to highlight the value that this is a a very, very streamlined process. So we wanted to make sure that this was something that you can get quoted and ordered within, you know, the same day, couple hours. And this is also really great for our partners to be able to offer something very comprehensive and an endpoint solution to those organizations that may have, you know, not have the budget that a mid marketer enterprise customer would have, and the ease of quoting and selling. That's what we are really putting a lot of effort into making our sales processes more streamlined, and, this is definitely kick starting it. And then on the customer side, and I'll go over some of the benefits, not all, but the the the the key benefits of having Sophos endpoint protection because it really does stand out within the industry. And I wanna give you guys a couple highlights to call out to your customers, especially when you're pitching against another product. Sophos endpoint is truly the best on the market, and to be able to offer this to organizations of any size is a really cool, you know, initiative that we've got going on. We wanna make it accessible for everybody. Okay. And just to go over some of our major features that really make Sophos endpoint stand out from the other endpoint agents and and offerings in the industry. This is something you can really utilize in the sales conversations that you're having with your customers to call out the benefits of Sophos endpoint. So CryptoGuard, that's something that we really pride ourselves on. To make a long story short, it monitors, for any type of malicious encryption. So wherever any of the processes are run, in turn, it will block the attacks, including remote ransomware, which is a huge differentiator, and then it will automatically roll back any potentially affected files. So that is something that's included within the endpoint agent, along with adaptive attack protection. So that detects any hands on keyboard attacks in real time, and it will instantly, you know, raise the protection levels to make sure that we stop the adversaries in the in their tracks and make sure that, the admins are alerted and they can respond in a timely fashion. So this is definitely something very proactive that helps organizations and and, you know, their endpoints and and servers to, adapt as any type of threat may be expanding or evolving. And then lastly, anti exploitation. This is also automatically deployed within the endpoint agent. And this what this will do is it will it'll identify and block any type of technique that threat actors use in different attack methods that you might see out there. So all three of these benefits are rolled into Sophos endpoint, which any type of organization will be getting with this endpoint 100 or if they were gonna be, you know, utilizing traditional intercept x. Intercept x is the agent in endpoint 100. It's just a different SKU with a different type of, discount for smaller organizations. So, just wanna make that clear that it's the same agent, but it's just a different, pricing mechanism. And there is an endpoint 100 section in the portal. So, make sure, you know, to we'll we'll send this out. But if you wanna go through any type of sales plays, campaigns, our one pager, the SKUs. Everything can be found here in the portal. So there is a landing page. If, you know, you need access to it, just let me know. But if you have access to the partner portal, this is available to you. So you'll have everything right at your fingertips. And lastly, something to call out that, you know, sets, Sophos endpoint apart from other endpoints, you know, endpoint protection out there is the fact that we've been in the Gartner endpoint, Magic Quadrant in the leader section for sixteen consecutive years. So being a leader in in this specific, you know, customer testing, you know, different different, customer testing, protocol, this is something that we're really proud of because, being a leader is is tough, but being a leader for 16 consecutive reports is even tougher. So this really just provides re any type of reassurance that both our protection and the ability for us to evolve with threats as they're evolving is really something to be said. So, definitely utilize, this isn't this accolade is is something to really move the needle when you're talking to customers and proving the value of Sophos endpoint. And then lastly, we have some additional promotions that I just wanted to talk through. Let me go to the next slide. There you go. They're all right here on this slide. So the first three promotions here that you see, they're stackable. So our goal here is to boost your margin to help Sophos Partners win more MDR opportunities, but also while giving you a competitive price against other MDR vendors. So all MDR deal registrations are eligible for a 10% deal registration booster, and net new d MDR deal registrations also, are eligible for an additional 10% booster for net new logo. And then if it's a current customer utilizing maybe Intercept x, XDR, and they upgrade to MDR, put that deal registration in, and they get an additional 5% on top of that MDR 10%, promotion. So we have two stackable promotions for deal registrations, all for MDR. So make sure if you have any MDR opportunities, get them registered in the portal first, and make sure you get those, boosters because this is something that is really gonna set it set us apart, from a pricing perspective, but it's also very, very steep discounts that we're really trying to help our partners to win more opportunities in the MDR space. So, additionally, we have a 25% off a three year MDR deal, and that's for smaller organizations in more of the commercial SMB segment under 500 seats that may need some type of a price incentive to move forward. So we've got that as well. And also exciting is our new firewall promo bundle SKUs. So these are, for our desktop models, and these are it's kinda like endpoint 100 where all of the discounts for our firewall promotion are built into the SKU. So this is also gonna alleviate any time, you know, you may have from registering a deal or, you know, getting anything any type of promotion or promo code applied. It's all gonna be baked into these firewall promo SKUs. So just like endpoint 100, all of our distributors are set up with these SKUs, and there's different options. So they are desktop models, and they're one year or three year, license subscriptions. So these are really extremely easy, you know, to use. Make sure that you provide the SKUs to your distributor. If you're having trouble finding the SKUs, they'll they'll know where to find them. Let us know. But this is something that is really gonna be competitive when if you have any firewalls you have to upgrade, if you have any, you know, firewalls that you have to that you're looking to move over from another vendor. The discounts are up to 55% off. So this is really, really compelling, and something that's, you know, definitely a frictionless sales play for you as our partners. So make sure you're utilizing all of these promotions. They can all be found in the partner portal. At the end, I'm gonna send out an update, and we'll make sure that all of these flyers are attached so you know exactly what is available to you. But the promotions that we just went over and the new incentive are something that we they're all brand new to Sophos, incentive are something that we they're all brand new to Sophos, and we're really excited to offer, you know, these incentives and promotions to our partners to really help you make additional margin and, yeah, get some, incentives on the back end. So all these promos expire at the March. Right now, I think our our firewall, promo expires at the December, but these are, you know, good to go for for, the next quarter, if not more. And we're excited to see how these promotions help you to, you know, bring over some new customers. And if you have any questions, feel free. Put them in the chat. So that's everything that we've got going on right now with promotions. Our new incentive is something that's really exciting for Silver and Authorized Partners. So please take advantage of this. It's something brand new, and we would love to see our partners, you know, really make the most out of it. So right now, I'm gonna pass it over to Barry Weller. He's gonna go over some portal enhancements to really ensure that you're comfortable in the portal and make sure you know exactly where everything is. So, Barry, I will pass it off to you. Great. Thank you. Thanks, Julia. Yeah. Alright. So thank you everyone for attending. This is, an overview of our partner portal and then towards the end, just an overview of some of the recent enhancements that we made available to make quoting easier for you as a partner. So just a topic of items that we'll be covering. And once we get through this, if there are any questions, we'll address them at the end of today's session. But just how to access the portal, once you start as a new partner, you'll get an email from our Sophos ID team, which will allow you to set up your password. Wanna make sure you're familiar and don't let's just go to your trash or spam box. Once you set up your password, you can access the partner portal by just typing in partners.sophos.com. Or on sophos.com's website, you can go to the partners tab, and then the partner portal login is available in the center column. Once you land on the partner portal homepage, you see a variety of different tabs and menus. I'll spend some time going through some of these to give you an overview and what are the general capabilities that you can do inside the partner portal. But what I'd like to do is just cover kind of the desk part first, which is an AI sales assistant that we are rolling out internally as well as to our partners. It's not out yet, but I just wanted to give you a little insight as to what it will look like and what you can do with it. So it'll be similar to a lot of other AI capabilities that you find on the portal or on the web, but it's specifically loaded with all of our sales material, product information material so that you have a companion almost like having a sales engineer over one shoulder and a product manager over the other while you're either at home or in the office working. Here you can see I could type in, like, what is ZTNA, and it'll provide a quick idea of what is sales or what is our ZTNA. And then as other familiar chatbots or any of us you're familiar with, you can ask some additional questions. So I just typed in how is it licensed. So it indicates that it's licensed on a per user basis and goes through some additional details. So it's really a great tool that you'll be able to use in the partner portal to help answer some of the questions that we know or we all know are available in our data sheets and products, training material, or even our battle cards that are posted on our partner portal. But then you have to go find it and then you have to go read it. This is doing that for you where you can just have a natural language conversation. So if you haven't been to the partner portal, we'll be sending out communications once this is live. This will be another excellent resource available to you as a partner to get those quick answers as opposed to trying to track down an expert at distribution or trying to find somebody at Sophos to help answer questions that now are easily answered here through this AI sales companion. So now just in general, back to the partner portal, what you can do. So there's self-service management of users in the partner portal. So as the portal administrator, if you sign up for the Sophos partner program, you become the first portal administrator. You have the ability to then add additional users. If you go up underneath the gear icon, there's a menu pick to manage users. This will allow you to see who are the current users at your company, whether they're active, their role, and additional permissions that you've been able to set up as a portal administrator. So this is an excellent area where you can add in additional resources. So you just type in their first name, last name, email address at a minimum. They'll get that same email from our Sophos ID team that will initiate them to create their password, then they'll have access to the partner portal. And just as a reference, you can see there's a role there. One thing that's unique, if you're interested in keeping sales opportunities from different sales reps, you set them up as a user. If you want them to have visibility to all the sales opportunities your company is added to, then you set them up as a manager. But we do have those abilities to allow you as the portal admin to kinda separate opportunities from each of the different sales teams you might have in your organization. Then looking at the overall partnership. So on the top menu, the very first part of program, there's a getting started section. This is an excellent resource to walk you through how to set up access to the partner portal, which we just went over. Then there's a new partner checklist, going over your skills, increasing sales and additional resources, and help. But this will build out. You can see here the advancing your partnership. So getting in contact with your distribution partner if you don't have one yet. In the partner portal, when you log in for the first time, it will give you a splash screen that will allow you to identify your preferred distributor. What this does is it identifies that distributor as your preferred distributor. It will prepopulate that distributor when you're building opportunities. Doesn't lock you in. You can always change it when you're building new opportunities. But also when renewal opportunities come up, it will add that distributor, your preferred distributor to your renewal opportunities when their system generated a hundred and eighty days before the licenses expire. Now if your distributor that you originally purchased the product through is your preferred distributor, there'll be no change. But if you purchase products from a different distributor and you have identified a new or different preferred distributor, when those renewal opportunities are created, it will pick up your preferred distributor so that this day has access to that opportunity in the partner portal just as you do. So it's important to get in touch with your distribution partner, make that election. Also, getting, inviting colleagues, getting access to the branding kit, program information, certifications, accreditations, reaching out and getting some NFR set up if you don't already have that. This is all under the getting started section. Going through the sales and the training, so this is another area I'll cover here in just a minute. This is all available to you under the getting started section. And then boosting your business, accessing pricing, getting access to the sales tools, working on demand generation with marketing, doing deal registration. All this information that you would need as a partner to get engaged is available to you also how to get help. Our partner care team, in addition to your distribution partners, can provide help 24 by seven, and all the additional supporting resources that are available to you as a partner out there selling Sophos products. So looking at the program overview, this will give you some additional information about the overall program. We have our guide, which is the guiding principle of the program. All the details, if you wanna get information about anything about how we're running the business through you as a distribution partner and reseller partner or an MSP. It's all posted in our partner program guide. Also gives you information about what we have on system for you. So the company name, what different specializations you've signed up for, your partner level, any accreditations, whether you've identified your preferred distributor, all that information is available as well as describing our annual compliance. So just like your airline miles, you have an opportunity to earn status throughout the year. We do a final check at the March. It's the end of our fiscal year where we do that compliance check, and that sets your level for the entire next year where, again, you have the ability to earn your status for the following year. And then there's the MSP program or CSP program, just some additional agreements if that's something you're interested in and you haven't already done so when you signed up for the Sophos partner program. It's available for you to access those programs and accept those terms and conditions. Then there's some quick access links to the program guide again, pricing and packaging, NFR, getting access to our accreditations, and also just downloading your logo or certifications to help do the own branding that you're doing for your website or your email address signatures. Looking at partner compliance, so this is something we've updated and made a nice enhancement to where today, if you're looking at your partner compliance, this is available to partner portal administrators only. But not only do we show you the requirements and how far along you are to satisfying those requirements, you can pick those chevrons and they will expand the drawer below the table and identify who are those individuals who hold the certification. So it's important for you as a manager to see if people have certifications, are they expired, or they're expiring soon? So you know to follow-up and make sure that they can take those delta or update training courses to keep their certifications active. So when we get to that final compliance period, you've met the requirements for the level you're shooting for. So getting into the training enablement, so it's just the next menu over on the top menu bar on the partner portal, provides an overview of all the e learning we have available. We also have virtual sessions and then the video library. This is where you can get access to all of those training courses that would be required to earn your status for either silver, gold, or platinum. Inside the learning management system, you can see we have nice thumbnails that allow you to see the latest courses that are available to you. And then we have another page on the section on the training section that highlights all of our accreditations. This allows you as a partner to identify where you made an investment with your technical training. These four different accreditations require specific certifications or training courses to be completed, And then we automatically check every two weeks for partners to see if they've earned additional accreditations and make those designations on your account. So it shows up on the partner locator on Sophos.com. Whether you're a platform accredited partner, which means you have an expertise on our endpoint and firewall or just MDR or endpoint and firewall. So there's those four different accreditations available to partners to acquire. And then on the bottom of the training menu, there's a certification life cycle, which is important to note. I mentioned how some of those certifications have expiration dates. Here, you can see all the certifications that we count towards your partner compliance. What's available, any of the update training courses, and their expiration dates. So if any of your individuals have an expired certification, it would be one of the older courses, so some older material. We make updates to our training material when we release new products. We wanna make sure you as a partner have access to the latest and greatest material that's available for our latest solutions. So that's why there are expiration dates, But we do provide a delta training course that is a much shorter course around two hours. That will cover what's new between the latest version you have and what was just released. It will also give you that extension to your certification, giving you an additional up to two years' worth based on when the product was released. So now we have the information on our products and services. Again, just on the next menu, we have information on MDR, manage risks, our endpoint, which Julia just covered, firewall, our contagious product line, our incident response services, and then a link for all of our services. But this is where you can get access to all the product material that's available for you to help build your knowledge as well as engage with customers and build up your sales campaign and the sales win when you're going on those campaigns. So MDR, here's our manage risk. Again, we have our MDR endpoint firewall pages available. Nice video on the overall Sophos portfolio platform. And then all this information is accessible in the asset library. So on the top link, you can see in the blue bar, there's an asset library. And along the left hand side, we've grouped all of the assets into their relevant areas. So there's a getting started section, place for managed service partners, pricing, product information, all available to you here. And there's also a nice search that that would allow you to search just by typing in what you're looking for. So that's an area if you're just looking and wanna search for information, this is where it's warehoused in the asset library. Next is moving on to the sales menu and specifically how to perform deal registrations. This is what you, as a partner, would be interested in doing if you're working on an opportunity that has a sizable, opportunity. We wanna make sure that you as the partner identify yourselves as finding this opportunity, providing deal protection or discount protection for you as the partner. So this is available just underneath the sales menu. We have a link specifically for the Sophos products. For any of the SecureWorks products and services, there's a specific Tejas deal registration form where we capture general partner information and deal information. So you as the partner, your contact information, the customer name, address, their contact information, which distribution partner you're working for, the products that you're looking to sell to the customer, that's what you would deal register, estimated value, number of licenses, and an estimated closing date. That's common amongst both forms. Now we'll make sure that an opportunity gets created in their respective systems where we're managing this and identifying you as the partner who found this opportunity and making sure if it is eligible and qualifies for deal registration, you'll get that additional reseller discount versus other partners who might end up getting a request from the customer just because the procurement department requires additional quotes. We wanna make sure you're protecting that. And this also helps identify to the Sophos rep who manages that customer that there is an opportunity available and they can collaborate with you on those. So it's just simple wizard if you're going through the Sophos deal registration process and a similar form that gets filled out for the SecureWorks products that you're looking to do a deal registration for. So I talked about doing the deal registration that will create an opportunity. Now once an opportunity has been created where you're identified as the reseller and the distributor has been identified, there's always a Sophos account rep who is identified to managing that customer. So our Sophos partner portal allows the Sophos rep, your distribution partner, and you to collaborate on the same opportunity. So this is an excellent area. If you go to the sales menu and the opportunity manager, there you'll see any opportunities where you've been identified as the reseller. And when you pick the opportunity, the first thing that shows up on the right hand side in the opportunity card are the contacts. So it will show you who's the end user, who's the partner, which is you. You'll also see your distributor. And then the last one is the Sophos contact. So if you see this, this is the Sophos sales rep who's just as eager as you and this distribution partner are to close and win this business. So this is how you can collaborate. You can start building a quote. If they've already built some quotes, you'll have visibility to those. And this is the tool that you three individuals, the reseller, distributor, or the Sophos rep can use to collaborate on this opportunity. This same opportunity grid allows you to search for additional opportunities so you could put in the search criteria, whether it's a customer name, a quote number, deal registration number, all kinds of information you can search for, but it'll give you the search results for the particular customer you're looking for. So in this example, Hilarious Health is showing all the open opportunities that are available. And you can see on that right hand side, the pricing inquiries, that's just our legal's fancy name for our quote. If you pick on that, you'll see any quotes that are created, and then there's another drawer that you can drop down where you can name those quotes and give them a very descriptive name so you can see exactly, oh, this is the the MDR twelve month versus, you know, the six, or the endpoint 112 month. Allows you to see all this information right in the opportunity manager. But by searching on these opportunities, you see right beside it, it says devices and licenses. If you're looking for your customer information, you sold a few products already. You can look at that same page, but look at the devices and licenses. So I typed in the same hilarious health, look searching by customer. I can see all their existing licenses and the contracts they reside under that are available here. And I can see all the information that's related to my customers that I've been the reseller listed on all those contracts that were sold. So this allows you as a partner to go in and find this information. Once you have access to their existing licenses, there's things you can perform. You can do a straight renewal if the renewal opportunity doesn't already exist, or you can change their current contract. That's the amend button. This would allow you to come in and if the customer says, hey. I've got 25 licenses. We've been growing. I need another 20. You can come in, amend the current contract, add those additional 20 licenses, reach out to your distribution partner and say, hey. Can you give me a quote for this? And it's already been built by you. You have already identified the quantity, and they will send that quote to you from distribution. So it's an excellent opportunity for you to be self sufficient in managing your own partner licenses. The other thing that we've done in the portal here in the summer is really streamline the user experience when you're building quotes. So you can start by creating a pricing inquiry. This creates, in the end, an actual quote for pricing inquiry. But as part of the process, you're building an opportunity. So when you create a pricing inquiry, we need to know. And a lot of people question Sophos, like, why do you need to know the customer? I just wanna know what the price is. And it's important for us because when you identify the customer, if it happens to be maybe a nonprofit or government or education, they're identified in our Sophos Salesforce instance with that particular segment or sector. They're eligible for different pricing. So it's important that we capture the end user when we're building you a quote. So we give you all the best possible discounts available. So if you end up putting in, like, a local school board, then you'll get our education pricing, not our regular commercial customer pricing. So you go through the wizard, you create your pricing inquiry, you're back here on your opportunity manager. If you wanna create a new pricing inquiry, you pick the green button. This will walk you through the process that you're probably familiar with if you're in there today. Like, when's the start date for the licenses? And if you pick a day of today and you end up closing the order two weeks from now, the customer is not gonna miss out on any of this license term. If the start date's in the past, we set the license term. So if it's for one year based on when we process the order. Now if you set it out in the future, like, maybe thirty days, that's when the license will start if you end up closing the order before then. So it's just important to know that. Then you can pick the products that you're wanting to quote and save this off, put in the term. This will automatically filter the selection for you and bring you right to the product selection area in the CPQ, the configured price quote price quote tool. They make it easier for you to pick those particular products you're looking for versus being potentially overwhelmed by, like, the thousand products we have available to quote. Then you can increase your quantity. So now you have the two products you're looking to sell. You can pick the add promotion button. We've made that a lot better for you to see existing promotions that we're wanting to feature. And then by some simple search, you can see all the available promotions and then add them to this quote. And then with the single button of approve and generate, you can, as a reseller, either, you know, go back if you made a mistake or if you wanna clone it or review it. You have those options on the top, but you can generate a PDF or XML. And then in the single button, it will approve the quote and send you a quote document or present you with a quote document. Here's the quote document page, and then you have a opportunity as a reseller to see, okay. Here's the Sophos price that we list for our resellers. It's not really the manufacturer suggested retail price because it's not out there to the public, but this is your buy price as a reseller. Then we show any discounts that are available for you that have been applied, which your standard reseller discounts are, and then your buy price suggested buy price for the reseller based on your partner level and the discounts you're eligible for. So this is for something to you. If you need to get something quickly, we always recommend you go to your distribution partner, give them this quote number. They've been identified as a distributor on it. They'll be able to quickly pull it and generate a quote from distribution to you. Alright. So those are the items that I wanted to cover today. Hopefully, give you an overview or a refresher of what's available to you in the partner portal. I think we may have had a new question. Okay. Regarding the partner level and leveling up, in the past, we were able to complete certifications, and in the the next month, we were up leveled. Is this still possible, or do we have to wait for the year end? This is definitely still possible. So you can take the certifications anytime in between the fiscal year. So you can, you know, increase your partner level ship anytime in the fiscal year. So our fiscal year ends at the March. So April is the restart of our fiscal year. So certification wise, any certifications that you take from now to the end of the year will count towards, you know, getting you up into the partner program. Yep. And then we make those changes on the fifteenth of the month. So we check on the first of every month for partners who potentially earned a promotion, share that list with all our internal teams and distribution partners, and then the fifteenth of the month, we make that level change.
